In the atmospheric setting of CV Distiller, in the heart of Athens, we embarked on a unique journey of taste and aroma.

Guided by olive oil expert Anita Zachou and supported by the talented chefs Stavrianí Zervakakou, Maria Diakatou, and olive oil sommelier Eleni Florou, we explored the magical dimensions of Greek olive oils.

We discovered the richness of their aromas, the importance of freshness, and the sacred ritual of tasting: the glass cup, the gentle warming in the palm, the swirling, and finally the sip-infused with air to release its full bouquet.

Each variety offers a unique flavor profile, capable of elevating even the simplest dishes of Greek gastronomy.
