On March 20th, I found myself once again in beautiful Cordoba for the EVOOLEUM Competition, one of the world's most prestigious extra virgin olive oil competitions.
Together with leading olive oil experts from around the world, I participated in the sensory evaluation of exceptional extra virgin olive oils, contributing to the selection of the EVOOLEUM Top 100, the annual guide recognizing the world's finest olive oils.
Judging at this level is both an inspiring experience and a great responsibility, requiring rigorous sensory assessment and a commitment to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
The event also provided another opportunity to return to Córdoba, a city whose rich cultural heritage, vibrant gastronomy, and deep connection to olive oil continue to make it one of the world's most remarkable destinations for olive oil professionals.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this amazing experience. I look forward to returning!
¡Hasta la próxima Córdoba!
