I had the great pleasure to be invited by Expoliva – Feria Internacional del Aceite de Oliva e Industrias Afines and Brígida Jiménez Herrera to present the oleotourism model of Mykonos Olive Oil Tasting at the XXI Scientific-Technical Symposium, in the section “Different Olive Oil Tourism Experiences in Spain and Around the World.”

Although I couldn’t be in Jaén this time of year, technology once again worked its magic and made my participation possible!
