Ιnvited by the Catalan Ministry of Agriculture to present the project Mykonos Olive Oil Tasting

It was a true honor to be invited by the Misistry of Agriculture of Catalonia, IRTA and Agustí Romero to present the innovative approach and impact of the Mykonos Olive Oil Tasting oleotouristic project in promoting and raising awareness about the consumption of extra virgin olive oil.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Catalonia organized a congress in Tarragona, bringing together professionals from the olive sector to share ideas and initiatives that can support the promotion of Catalan olive oil. At the end of the day, we collectively voted on the most effective proposals and co-created a roadmap for the future.

It fills my heart with pride to see that the vision I once had-and the way it came to life-continues to resonate and inspire professionals across borders. Recognition is the greatest fuel and motivation for all the good things still to come.

I hope that in the years ahead, more parts of the world will adopt the oleotouristic model of Mykonos Olive Oil Tasting as a means of educating consumers and elevating extra virgin olive oil.
