Participation in the First Festival of Gastronomy, Culture and Friendship in Fethiye, Turkey

The First Festival of Gastronomy, Culture, and Friendship, organized by the Municipality of Fethiye (Makri) in Turkiye, brought together Greek and Turkish culinary professionals in a celebration that reminded us how people can always find ways to overcome challenges, embrace one another, and coexist with respect regardless of political agendas.

We returned with our hearts full of warmth, humanity, and love, having met truly wonderful people on both sides of the Aegean.

A heartfelt thank you to Maria Ekmekcioglu for the kind invitation. She continues to be the bridge that unites Greece and Turkiye through the universal language of gastronomy!
